The accommodation is decorated to and furnished to a high standard, and are regularly refurbished. Clients are consulted in the choice of furnishing in their bedroom and encouraged to personalise them with their own things.
Clients have bedroom accommodation on the ground or first floor, access to the upstairs rooms being facilitated by a shaft lift. One double occupancy room is available on the ground floor with seventeen other bedrooms being designed for single occupancy. All rooms have a wash hand basin and at the clients request a TV. Clients having TV in their rooms are expected to make their own arrangements in respect of a separate TV licence when such is required.
A television lounge, quiet lounge and conservatory, along with the grounds of the home are available for the use of all clients. A telephone is available for clients to use in privacy – out going calls are charged to clients at cost. Alternatively clients are free to install their own phone in their room if they wish to. The grounds and gardens are for the use of clients and their visitors.
